Another Dose of Comcast Love

I was cleaning up my desktop when I noticed this saved screen capture from quite a while ago, and decided to go ahead and post it. It's another fun interaction with Comcast. Since that time I've decided to just skip trying the Chat thing, because it turns out they're even bigger jerks than the phone people, who occasionally do things correctly (and occasionally give me other people's Social Security Numbers).

One additional note is that in this chat I'm still "Matt", because they can't manage to figure out (to this day) how to change my name to Ron. They aren't very good at things.
