Another LAN Party at my place. On hand: Alan (quito), Adam (The_Gunslinger), Joel (Vendar), Andy (Byzantine), Jay (Quentin_ Schultze), Josh (Sgt._Eviscerator), Dave (Q again..), and Me (Xan D'r). Good stuff.

Okay, here we go with another lan party. This time there was going to [potentially] be about 10 people showing up, so I had to do a little planning to figure out where everyone was going to fit. So I started by vaccuuming the living room, and moving some couches around.

Here's the dining room. I figured 2 people could fit here, and probably 5 in the living room. So that's room for 7 so far.

And here's a desk in my room. So that's room for 8.

And here's my desk. Puts us up to 9. So if 10 showed up, then we've got problems.

So around 10 Alan showed up, and got his machine set up here. Swac is grabbing some breakfast as people get set up.

Adam brought us a table, as we got it set up here in the living room. Enter the problem: I don't have enough chairs. Joel made some comment about me not planning this out well, so I'm posting this picture of his ass.

Ok, we're about to start gaming. Here's Alan and Adam all set up in the dining room.

Here we've got (from left to right) my machine, then Andy's, then Joel's. I ended up just moving that small desk from my room into the living room, and banked on BDF not showing up, cause he sucks. Then we made some calls and told people who hadn't left yet (Jay and Jho) to bring some chairs with them. Problem solved.

So BDF did indeed flake out, but we had Alan (quito), Adam (The_Gunslinger), Joel (Vendar), Andy (Byzantine), Jay (Quentin_ Schultze), Josh (Sgt._Eviscerator), Dave (Q again..), and Me (Xan D'r). Good stuff.

Here's Andy. Yeah, it took quite some doing to find a date that worked for both Alan and Andy, so I was pleased.

We ordered some pizzas, and here's the mess.
